She has extensive experience in developing go-to-market and operational strategies to improve growth and shareholder value.
Over the course of her 21 years as a business advisor, Ms. Puri has worked extensively with high-tech companies to identify, iterate, structure & implement go-to-market and operations strategies to accelerate growth and shareholder value. Ms. Puri collaborates with leaders and managers on transformation efforts including digital strategy, customer & sales analytics, new go-to-market strategies, operating model redesign, operational effectiveness and acquisitions and divestitures.
Ms. Puri recently led the development of installed base analytics for a leading high-tech company to increase renewal rates by 500+ bps for services and software. On the go-to-market side, she led channel strategy for a global technology company to accelerate their business model shift from on-premise to as-a-service. She was also responsible for defining the quote-to-cash operations capabilities and roadmap to meet the target of 100% no-touch orders and improve profitability for a large high-tech manufacturer’s volume business.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Puri was a Managing Director in the Accenture Strategy practice, focusing on the Communications, Media & Technology industry. She worked across high-tech sectors, including networking & computing, enterprise software, software-as-a-service and consumer electronics. In her role as Global Consumer Technology Industry Lead, she was cited in major media outlets on market shifts, including Wall Street Journal, Fortune, and San Jose Mercury News.
Ms. Puri earned a MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from McGill University. She currently serves on the Board of JVS, a non-profit organization focused on helping youth and adults build in-demand skills and find employment.
