Mr. Taylor has over eight years of experience in transfer pricing and international tax planning. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Taylor worked within the TESCM teams of PwC and Deloitte in London. In addition, Mr. Taylor has spent time working within both within the private client and hedge fund banking sectors.
Mr. Taylor has significant experience in transfer pricing documentation, strategic transfer pricing planning and supply chain restructuring/design. Mr. Taylor has developed his career working under both the U.S. regulations and OECD Guidelines, particularly with multinationals based or operating in Western Europe.
Mr. Taylor’s TESCM and transfer pricing experience covers notable tax and commercial restructuring projects across the implementation spectrum, including supply chain redesign, Advance Thin Cap Agreement (ATCA) negotiation, Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) negotiation, transfer pricing benchmarking, documentation compliance, intellectual property planning and asset/IP migration.
Mr. Taylor has worked with clients across all industries while at A&M including: strategic transfer pricing advisory and documentation for a Fortune 500 cosmetics manufacturer; documentation for a South African multinational alcohol manufacturer’s U.S. and U.K. inbound operations; U.S. documentation for a French wine producer’s US inbound operations; supply chain redesign for a leading global oilfield services provider; and the establishment of a procurement hub for a Western European alcohol manufacturer.
Mr. Taylor earned a bachelor’s degree in law with honors from the University of Edinburgh and is qualified under the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT). Mr. Taylor is a British National, having grown up splitting time between South Africa and Oxfordshire.
