Prior to joining Alvarez and Marsal, Mr. Ferguson spent 20 years with UBS AG Private Bank Americas, a significant franchise of UBS AG, the world's largest ultra-high-net-worth wealth management provider. After a rapid succession of increasing levels of responsibility, Mr. Ferguson spent the last eight years with UBS Americas being responsible for operating oversight of several increasingly integrated multi-currency and multi-product platforms in the U.S., Switzerland, Canada, Bahamas, Mexico and Brazil. An effective business partner, Mr. Ferguson worked closely with UBS’s ultra-high–net-worth (UHNW) field facing organizations to advance strategy and deliver a unique and differentiated client and financial adviser experience across currencies, time zones, languages, markets and cultures. An effective collaborator and change agent, Mr. Ferguson's end-to-end orientation, program management skills and metric driven approach were central to driving success.

Mr. Ferguson earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from St. John's University and holds FINRA Series 24, 7, licenses.
