Keith Browning is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal in Atlanta.

Mr. Browning has over 25 years of experience in strategy, digital enablement, information and management system development working as an operator, management consultant and marketing agency leader for Fortune 1,000 companies.

Mr. Browning specializes in solving complex problems on behalf of clients faced with business disruption. He has delivered substantial savings and operating improvements in the areas of business strategy, systems and revenue enhancement.  His engagements are centered around digital technology, innovative strategy, media optimization and revenue enhancement in the telecommunications, consumer products, media, retail, travel and high-tech industries. 

Mr. Browning is committed to actionable solutions that drive real results. That commitment can be seen in his implementation of a broad range of business transformation initiatives for his clients including but not limited to business intelligence platforms, marketing communication campaigns, optimization of media placement/spend, customer experience programs as well as complex sales, revenue and quote/compensation reporting systems. 

Most recently, Keith and his team were engaged by the senior management of a Fortune 500 global company to develop and implement a digital strategy and platform with an ambitious push to enable customers to buy, service and market products. The platform migrated customers from high cost channels (call centers and agents) to an “always on” digital platform.

Prior to joining A&M, Keith was a VP with Hitachi Consulting focusing on technology enablement, revenue enhancement and system integration. The emphasis for each client engagement was on speed to market, customer engagement and growth. Previously, he spent over a decade as an operator with AT&T. His time as a Senior Director with Arthur Andersen established his aptitude for effective management consulting and on the marketing side, his agency time spanned 13 years including Executive VP for Digitas, General Manager at DDB and CEO for Sparks Grove. 

Mr. Browning earned an MBA in Technology Management from University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s degree in Management from Auburn University.

Mr. Browning is passionate about local community involvement spending two terms on the Board for CredAbility-ClearPoint assisting individuals with credit/debt counseling and 11 years on the Planning Board for the Alpharetta City Council.
