Kathleen Bennett is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement in Seattle, specializing in program management, technology innovation, business analysis and intelligence, and strategy focused on foundations and non-profits. With more than 14 years of industry and consulting experience, she has worked in the non-profit, education, financial services, e-commerce, and travel industries.

At A&M, Ms. Bennett has focused on providing program management for complex initiatives at foundations and on conducting organizational assessments and designing roadmaps for both for-profit and nonprofit clients. She also coordinated large mortgage securitizations, including managing the due diligence, validating data accuracy and streamlining day-to-day data management processes.

Ms. Bennett earned a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from St. John’s College, a second bachelor’s degree in political science from New York University, and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Washington.
