He specialises in providing advice on IT and digital technology. His primary areas of concentration are pre-deal due diligence, post-merger integration and value creation for private equity (PE) portfolio companies.
With more than 30 years of IT consulting and delivery experience, Mr. Good has worked as a digital and technology strategist, enterprise architect and change leader in transactions advisory, operational and consulting roles across a number of sectors. He joined A&M in March 2018.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Good was Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Associate Partner at the digital agency THINK, where he worked on digital transformation, digital architecture and marketing-technology organizational design for clients in the insurance, staffing, cinema and football sectors.
Prior to THINK Mr. Good was an Assistant Director in the transactions advisory team at EY, where he worked on technology due diligence across a number of deals, the integration of a global music label, and the IT strategies for a major UK software company and a European cinema chain.
Earlier in his career, he was an IT, Enterprise Architecture and Information Strategy consultant at PWC, Cap Gemini and Serco consulting, an Enterprise Architect and Technology strategist at ITV and the BBC, and process change manager for Management Information at DHL.
Mr. Good earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science and management science from Edinburgh University.
