With more than 25 years of deep executive operating experience, Mr. Henderson has led and managed mission critical enterprise performance improvement transformations at public and private companies across multiple industries.
Mr. Henderson specializes in growth strategies, margin expansion, operational performance improvement and change management initiatives to unlock growth opportunities, achieve operational performance efficiencies, and improve the customer experience. These efforts have included business strategy initiatives, new product and service innovations, client and partner development, sales and marketing acceleration, procurement and supply chain improvements, organizational design and function enhancements and field services performance excellence and upgrading management skills, competencies and talent.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Henderson served as President of a $1 billion international division of a global technology solutions company where he was responsible for the go to market vision, strategic direction and P&L performance. In this role, he led a fundamental growth transformation, product, sales and distribution channel change management pivot and operations performance improvement overhaul that culminated in the successful sale of the entire company to a strategic buyer at favorable multiples.
Mr. Henderson also successfully orchestrated the comprehensive transformation of a global media and technology company’s $9 billion procurement and supply chain operation establishing an innovative industry leading shared services center of excellence (CoE) delivering financial and operational top line growth, efficiencies and $1.75 billion in cumulative cost savings.
Additionally, Mr. Henderson was a member of the executive team to successfully execute an initial public offering (IPO) and subsequently served as the Chief Product Office Lead and new services General Manager for the newly formed communications services company. In this role, he accelerated the company’s transformation agenda which centered on customer-centricity, agility, speed and efficiency of their digital product and services portfolio, and go-to-market execution.
Mr. Henderson earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Manhattan College, a bachelor’s degree in physics from Le Moyne College and an MBA in finance from Fordham University.
