He brings more than 20 years of experience in delivering organizational simplification, G&A service delivery models, working capital management, post-acquisition synergy capture, and performance improvement projects for corporate clients across a range of sectors. His primary areas of concentration are on helping clients transform their operating model and improve performance in the front and back office functions.
Mr. Mollo has worked with clients across a range of industries, including consumer business & retail, food & beverage, manufacturing, public transport, security services, automotive, building materials and construction.
Most recently at A&M, Mr. Mollo has been involved in organizational and back office simplification for a building materials global listed company, the EBIDTA improvement plan for a global carpet manufacturer, and the integration and carve-out process support for a large beverage company.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Mollo spent 15 years with Deloitte where he was responsible for establishing and building their Global Enterprise Cost Management and Profit Improvement teams. During the same time he was leading the Strategy & Operations team in Belgium, was the European lead partner for Cargill and Securitas, and a member of the Consulting Leadership team.
Previously, Mr. Mollo was involved in leading cross-borders transformation programs that aimed to achieve world-class cost-efficiency, design organizations to accelerate profitable growth, manage layers and span of control within an organization, consolidate the front & back office functions without impacting the business, reduce working capital substantially, adopt holistic views on profit improvement agendas, and make acquisitions successful.
Mr. Mollo earned a master’s degree in administration and management from UCL (Belgium) and a DEA of European Law from Universite Jean Moulin in Lyon, France. He is fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
Mr. Mollo serves as a member of the Strategy Committee of the BIA Group, a mining and construction machinery dealer in the France and Africa, and is also a keynote speaker. In September 2013, he published “Decoding the Formula for Superior Performance”, a comprehensive research project to identify, decode, qualify, and quantify the management practices which most contribute to sustained and superior corporate performance.
