Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Sullivan served as Chief Procurement Officer at Toyota Financial Services. In this newly created role, he was responsible for an organization with approximately $300 million of spend under management. His group defined sourcing strategies, improved critical procurement processes and established supplier risk mitigation and due diligence processes.
Previously, Mr. Sullivan successfully led an effort to transform Amgen Inc.’s tactical purchasing function into a leading strategic sourcing and procurement operation. Before that, he established strategic sourcing functions at Warner Bros. and Johnson & Johnson Europe.
Mr. Sullivan began his career in finance at Johnson & Johnson, where he moved through key leadership positions in finance, manufacturing, supply chain and procurement.
Mr. Sullivan focuses on building and developing high-performing organizations that deliver operational and financial performance improvements and risk mitigation solutions. He brings extensive experience in organization development, finance, sourcing, procurement, supply chain management and supplier lifecycle management.
Mr. Sullivan earned his bachelor's degree in public accounting at Pace University in New York City and is a Certified Managerial Accountant (inactive).
