Gint Baukus is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal in Denver, Colorado specializing in human capital practices and strategies.

With over 25 years of domestic and international experience, Mr. Baukus consults to organizations on matters relating to talent management, organizational and leadership development, employee engagement, change management, labor relations, human resources operations / outsourcing, performance management and process integration.

Mr. Baukus has worked with a variety of organization types including Fortune 100, public and private, private equity backed, non-government organizations as well as start-ups. He has assisted them through mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity, restructuring, expansion, initial public offerings (IPO), turnarounds, bankruptcy and outsourcing initiatives. As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of a public company with employees in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia, he led the enterprise through a merger and significant restructuring.

He has extensive experience leading domestic and international M&A integration efforts. Previously, Mr. Baukus was the lead of a strategic acquisition for a major U.S. bank. His work has involved both U.S. organizations acquiring European based targets, as well as European entities acquiring U.S. businesses. Industries he has served in include: financial services, manufacturing, mining, automotive, healthcare, technology, agriculture and business services.

Mr. Baukus earned both a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and a master’s degree in human resources management from Loyola University of Chicago.
