His primary areas of expertise are strategic sourcing, supply chain, restructuring and distressed turnaround. Mr. Monteleone has worked and served clients across a variety of industries, including steel production, mining, consumer & enterprise electronics, telecom and health care.
Most recently at A&M, Mr. Monteleone is supporting the Operational Turnaround of a provider of medical services. The program has delivered to date 9 EBITDA % points in just 6 months.
Previously, Mr. Monteleone was the Interim Vice President for Sourcing & Supply Chain for a medical services with responsibility for 21 Countries over 4 Continents. In his capacity he restructured the organization, extended the reach of global sourcing, renegotiated several million multi-year contracts and ultimately delivered double digit cost reductions.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Monteleone was a Vice President with the Recovery and Transformation Practice at McKinsey where he was mainly involved in Large procurement transformation programs.
Previous to McKinsey, Mr. Monteleone was President of the board and General Manager of various consumer electronics companies in France, Germany and Poland where he managed the restructuring of a very large manufacturing site. Before that he covered various Senior Global Strategic Sourcing roles executing dramatic cost reductions programs.
Mr. Monteleone is a Business Management graduate and earned a PhD in Business Economics. An Italian national, Mr. Monteleone is fluent in English, Polish, Italian and French.
