Public Sector – Delivered strategic benefit assessment and proposal resulting in recommended savings of $1 billion over five year period; proposal covered benefit design, cost savings, messaging and transition management.  Directed comprehensive multi-party planning with third-party administrators, actuaries and other key vendors. Reorganized state agency responsible for $1.3 billion budget through benefit and organizational recommendations for cost savings and efficiency.

Public Sector – Led benefit efficiency and savings recommendation project for state education system resulting in $80m annual savings through leveraged sourcing strategy for consolidation of 286 school districts

Brokerage - Outsourced compliance advisory for employee benefits brokerage firm.

Airline – Valuation and compliance due diligence for private equity firm prior to close. Created 5-year strategy to significantly improve recruiting and retention of top talent as firm tripled in size post- turnaround/rebranding. Advised CEO, EVP of HR and board on healthcare reform impact.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Kasperkowiak served as Assistant Vice President of the Human Capital Practice with Willis in New York City where she was responsible for leading client engagements on health & welfare strategy, including financial projections/budget advisory, cost reduction evaluations, insured/self-insured funding strategy, business placement/implementation, change management strategy, and wellness program viability.

Before her transition to consulting, Ms. Kasperkowiak gained valuable experience in operations and human resources while employed with Halloran & Sage LLP in Hartford, CT, managing the firm’s client fund and firm operating accounts, health & welfare program, and sourcing & implementation of human capital management systems.

Ms. Kasperkowiak earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
