Edina Chmielarski-White is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal in Atlanta, with more than 25 years of financial planning, analysis and enterprise performance management (EPM) experience.

Ms. Chmielarski-White also has over eight years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including roles as Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis with Cox and as Southeastern Division Director of Finance with Charter Communications. She has led finance departments throughout her career and has consulted clients across a range of industries, including retail, financial services, telecommunications, oil and gas, banking, real estate, consumer product and manufacturing, throughout the U.S., UK and Germany.

Ms. Chmielarski-White’s expertise encompasses finance functional knowledge with a concentration in technology. She has worked with C-level executives and board members to bridge the communication gap between “tech speak” and business issues, driving improved strategic alignment between IT and business leadership. In addition, Ms. Chmielarski-White has a proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives that delivered timely, sustainable bottom-line results.

Her background includes solution architecting with the Oracle Hyperion suite of products: Hyperion Planning, Financial Reporting, Financial Management, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), FDM, Data Relationship Management (DRM), Enterprise Performance Management Architect (EPMA), Essbase and Strategic Finance.

Ms. Chmielarski-White also has experience in process review with a concentration in financial planning, internal and external reporting, project management and technology strategy / selection.

Before joining A&M, Ms. Chmielarski-White spent two years at ROLTA International as an Associate Practice Director.

Ms. Chmielarski-White earned a bachelor's degree in finance and quantitative analysis with a minor in math and accounting from the University of Mount Union.
