With more than 17 years of consulting experience in North America and abroad, Mr. Reynolds identifies and executes revenue generation and profit improvement, supply chain optimization, operational improvements and product line profitability of manufacturing, distribution/logistics and services companies in various industries.
Mr. Reynolds has held an interim COO role for a manufacturing and retailer focusing on right-sizing inventory, Sales & Operational Planning, e-commerce execution.
He led an operations assessment and improvements for an organic pet treat company, identifying significant manufacturing reduction and supply chain optimization activities.
He has also held an interim role for the COO of a distribution and business services company focusing on special projects related to reducing product returns, process efficiency, warehouse planning.
Conducted operational due diligence to assess manufacturing capability and scalability for a consumer goods manufacturer. Identified improvement opportunities in warehouse labor productivity, delivery & logistics optimization and significant performance improvement initiatives.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Reynolds was a Partner at Venetia Partners where he built and led their Private Equity Operational Improvement practice focusing on due diligence, value creation and interim management for private equity sponsored portfolio companies.
Mr. Reynolds was a global Director of Northgate where he led operational M&A integration teams for mid-market clients and private equity sponsored companies. He specialized in operations integration for mergers and carve-outs.
Mr. Reynolds earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering and an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He also earned a Black Belt in Six Sigma.
