Ms. Hubbard’s notable assignments include:
Integration Management Office (IMO) Director for the $400 million acquisition of a competing Industrial Services provider. Led the team responsible for planning Day 1 and 100 Day activities across all functional areas with a focus on capturing the estimated $25 million in synergies in the first 18 months post acquisition.
Project Director for the creation of the IT strategy and accompanying roadmap for an International oilfield services company as part of its plans for the $1.5 billion divestiture of its workforce accommodations unit. The project included the roadmap required to support the organization’s strategic growth objectives, definition of the transition services agreement, and management of the technology separation efforts.
Independent Quality Oversight Manager for a $75 million global ERP initiative to integrate the acquired business of a global oilfield services organization into the existing application architecture. Conducted ongoing risk assessments to provide executable recommendations to improve the project’s overall risk profile and oversaw contract compliance of the system integrator during the global implementation phase.
Integration Management Office (IMO) Director for the $200 million acquisition of an offshore driller operating in the North Sea by a global competitor. Managed the overall integration program, including the integration of two SAP systems. Drove planning across all business functions, assisted with the identification of cost synergies and created a merger playbook for use in future acquisitions.
Technology Manager for the divestiture of the Gulf of Mexico business unit from an international offshore contract drilling company. The project encompassed the development and execution of the business separation plan, including definition of the transition service agreement, application rationalization, and migration of the technology infrastructure to the separated entity. Subsequently managed the selection and implementation of a new ERP and financial reporting platform.
IT Project Manager for a $2 billion acquisition integration for independent petroleum refiner and marketer. Scope included the planning and integration of the IT infrastructure and more than 250 applications for a large petroleum refinery. Subsequently engaged to provide project management expertise for the implementation of the organization’s enterprise trading and risk management platform, tightly integrated with the existing ERP solution.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Hubbard was the Director of the IT Project Management Office at Baylor College of Medicine where she developed and implemented the organization’s project management methodology. Previously, Ms. Hubbard was a Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers where she specialized in HRIS implementations.
Ms. Hubbard earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Baylor University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business. Ms. Hubbard is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
