Clayton Gammill is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement in Atlanta, specializing in enterprise transformation, human resources organizational design and change management.

He has a long history of helping organizations plan and execute on broad organizational transformation initiatives.

Mr. Gammill has a proven record of delivering large scale transformation, enterprise technology implementations and change management consulting services to clients in numerous industries including chemicals, telecommunications, consumer products, manufacturing and financial services.  He brings more than 20 years of change management, business strategy, systems implementation, project execution, and organizational transformation experience to his clients with sustained results. 

Mr. Gammill has spent the last ten years deeply focused on organizational transformation and human resources consulting.  Most recently, he built an IT organization and operations group in support of an Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance and reporting function for a global compliance organization.  The custom software solution and supporting operations groups of more than 150 employees were built over a 24-month period to support compliance reporting for 270 clients, generating over $70M in revenue.  In year two of reporting, Mr. Gammill transformed the organization to drive operation excellence and client satisfaction, resulting in significant margin improvements and improved client experience for the practice.

Mr. Gammill has served as transformational and change management leader for several large-scale global organizations.  He was responsible for the delivery and deployment of multiple large-scale implementations to one of the largest telecom companies in the world.  He managed the stakeholder analysis, change readiness, communications and employee enablement (training) for more than 60,000 employees.  His team managed the updated role descriptions and overall organizational changes in support of the new technology.

Additionally, he was a key change agent for the implementation of the SAP HR/Payroll at one of the largest protein producers in the world.  A key success factor was the change management activities take in support of this significant transformation.  He managed the organizational design, role changes and job function changes necessary to deploy this successful enterprise-wide deployment.

Mr. Gammill earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and a MBA from Texas State University.  He has participated in several executive leadership sessions at Yale School of Management.  He is certified in the Prosci Change Management methodology and Project Management Professional (PMP) certified.
