Ms. Larreur is a human resources executive with demonstrated leadership in setting HR strategic direction, leading multiple complex projects and managing large-scale organizational change. She offers experience across a broad range of industries including talent management, learning & development, HR management systems, HR business partners and benefits.
With more than 18 years of human resource experience, Ms. Larreur offers extensive experience leading change through team building and progressive thinking.
Since joining A&M, Ms. Larreur has led a team of more than 30 HR professionals, while simultaneously partnering with more than 12 different practice areas to ensure the HR organization is aligned with business strategy. She led the global implementation of Workday and has partnered with a variety of new vendors to improve HR systems.
Additionally, while at A&M, Ms. Larreur has influenced and partnered with various practice areas on improving performance management philosophy, tools and processes. She implemented the firm’s first ever global engagement survey and has partnered with Marketing to implement a more dynamic career site.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Larreur spent more than 10 years with LPL Financial in San Diego where she served in various executive HR roles including Senior Vice President of HR Operations, Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Assistant Vice President of HR.
Ms. Larreur earned a bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management from Purdue University.
