Mr. Johansson has worked with clients across a range of industries including industrial manufacturing, logistics, automotive, pulp and paper, IT and retail. He has extensive experience with analysis and hands-on implementation of production improvements, including changes of production structures, footprint optimizations and production line transfers.
Mr. Johansson helps clients with Capex evaluations and the re-structuring of production flows. Throughout his career, he has successfully completed the implementation of large efficiency improvement projects within manufacturing, logistics and supply chain, as well as improvements within working capital.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Johansson led the operational due diligence and integrations/carve-out teams in KPMG and PwC in the Nordic markets. He has worked with the major private equity firms in the Nordics and Europe and advises multinational Nordic companies on a global basis.
Previously, Mr. Johansson worked for the multinational industrial companies Alfa Laval and Atlas Copco on integrations, carve-outs, production optimization work, turnarounds and supply chain improvements for 10 years.
Mr. Johansson earned a master’s degree from Chalmers University of Technology (Sweden) and also studied at Ruhr-Universität Bochum (Germany) and at IFL/Handelshögsskolan (Sweden). A Swedish national, Mr. Johansson is fluent in English, Italian and German and conversational in Spanish.
