He specializes in technology governance risk and compliance (GRC), IT service management, application portfolio architecture and infrastructure operations performance improvement transformations in complex, multi-sourced, public, private and not-for-profit organizations. His primary areas of concentration are CIO advisory and technology services.
With more than 25 years of hands-on experience in IT strategy development, global infrastructure management and enterprise applications deployment, Mr. Baker has led numerous complex technology transformations and initiatives at several Fortune 100 companies across a variety of industries including media and entertainment, higher education, healthcare, social services, engineering and construction, banking and financial services and consumer packaged goods.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Baker was Vice President Technology Program Management at Comcast-NBCUniversal. As IT Chief of Staff, he built and led the EPMO function providing overall business technology assessment and roadmap development leadership while responsible for delivering on a $150M annual portfolio of technology development and operations transformation initiatives.
Mr. Baker earned a bachelor’s degree (BA) from the University of Southern California and is a PMP, ITIL, Prosci Change Management (CMP) and Agile Scrum Master (CSM) certified professional.
