Mr. Priolli has worked with clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing and hard infrastructure companies.
Most recently, he has served as the Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) of a data center company and a printing company, both in São Paulo.
Before that, he served as the CRO of a construction company in Brasilia, where he had the opportunity to sell strategic assets, and as the CRO of a heavy equipment rental company in Rio de Janeiro, where he renegotiated its debts with banks.
In addition, he was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a construction company in Rio de Janeiro for a year and a half, where he led the turnaround of the whole business.
Before joining A&M, Mr. Priolli served as CEO and partner of Global Foundry, a stainless steel foundry and a leader in the Latin American market, where he joined as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and led its turnaround. In addition, he worked as a consultant at Strata Projetos Financeiros where he developed the valuation of several M&A projects. Before that, he worked for companies including Bozano, Simonsen, L´Oréal Brazil and Billiton Metais.
Mr. Priolli earned a bachelor´s degree in production engineering from UFRJ – Universidade Federal Rio de Janeiro, a master’s degree in finance (concentrating in strategy) from the London Business School and a graduate degree in management (OPM42) from Harvard Business School. He teaches valuation, corporate finance and leadership classes at MBA of IBMEC-RJ and FGV-SP and in-company trainings. He is fluent in Portuguese and English and has a working knowledge of Spanish and French.
