Candus Hinderer is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal's Disputes and Investigations (DI) practice in Houston, and serves as DI’s Head of Relationship Development program. She leads the practice's strategic initiatives around business development, account management and go to market programs.

Ms. Hinderer is a CPA with over 20 years of experience in professional services and corporate environments. She has led sales teams and executive-level relationship development, and utilizes consultative, technical and strategic selling techniques.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Hinderer was a partner with a boutique accounting and compliance consulting firm responsible for leading and managing the firm's business development, operations and consulting functions. She also brings deep technical accounting expertise gained during her tenures as a Finance Manager with Shell Trading Gas & Power, and in the audit practice of Deloitte.

Ms. Hinderer earned a bachelor's degree in accounting (summa cum laude) from Texas State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Texas Society of CPAs as well as the Women's Energy Network.
