He is an experienced global energy executive with hands-on expertise executing corporate transformation programs and running a global supply chain function as an industry operator.
Mr. Rayburn brings 20+ years of combined consulting and operational experience with mid-market and large multinational E&P and oilfield service companies operating in North America, the Middle East, Africa, South America, Europe and Russia. In his assignments, Mr. Rayburn has advised both healthy and troubled companies.
Mr. Rayburn specializes in corporate-wide CAPEX, OPEX and SG&A cost takeout, asset utilization improvement, corporate and field headcount optimization, plant and field office consolidations and supply chain operations.
Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, Mr. Rayburn was the Senior Director of Global Supply Chain, Real Estate and Construction at Weatherford International, a global oilfield service company, where Mr. Rayburn had responsibility for managing Weatherford’s global procurement, assets, inventory and real estate functions. Prior to assuming this role, he spent 18 years at Accenture in the global energy practice.
Mr. Rayburn earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
