With more than 20 years of tax experience, Mr. Goldblatt has advised multinational public, non-public, corporate, flow-through entities, and real estate investment trusts with federal, state, and international income tax matters including tax compliance services, ASC 740, tax planning, IRS and state audit support, corporate tax department operations, and foreign withholding.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Goldblatt spent over six years with Ernst & Young in their Tysons, VA office, where he served as a Senior Tax Manager. Previously, he ran the tax function of a private equity company based in Washington, DC for five years. Mr. Goldblatt started his tax career at Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Goldblatt earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with majors in finance and international business from Washington University in St. Louis. He also earned a master’s degree in taxation from American University in Washington, DC. He is a member of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
