Mr. Hairston is a seasoned consultant who has served clients in a diverse set of retail sectors, including convenience, department stores, food service, automotive collision repair and consumer brands.
Mr. Hairston helps clients utilize technology as a strategic enabler to drive successful performance across the organization. He specializes in IT transformation, including strategy development, cost management, enabling technologies and innovation and business intelligence/analytics. In addition, Mr. Hairston helps clients realize the value of "big bet" business transformation initiatives by assisting with software evaluation and selection, complex program management, program risk and quality assessment, and distressed program remediation.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Hairston was a Vice President with Hitachi Consulting for nine years, where he led the Southwest U.S. consumer and retail industry practice. Prior to Hitachi Consulting, Mr. Hairston spent six years with Navigator, a leading business intelligence consulting firm, and 11 years with Accenture focused on process improvement and merger integration.
Mr. Hairston earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from Texas A&M University.
