If your organization’s M&A competency is strong, you probably already know it. If it’s not, then you’ve probably experienced difficulties or pain associated with your previous transactions. Outside advisors can help identify gaps and build M&A capabilities to fine-tune the end-to-end M&A process.
Boyd Mulkey is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement in San Antonio. Mr. Mulkey specializes in pre-transaction diligence and planning, and post-transaction optimization and synergy realization/performance improvement.
