He specializes in revenue enhancement and margin growth through increased salesforce effectiveness, optimized pricing and improved commercial operations. Mr. Mathradas has worked for multiple industries including the retail, consumer, and telecommunications, media and technology sectors.
Prior to Alvarez & Marsal, Mr. Mathradas was a General Manager (GM) with Cisco, where he was responsible for their Certified Pre-Owned Equipment (POE) business first across Asia, and then globally. Cisco was the channel or partner lead, and Mr. Mathradas was responsible for managing POE revenues and operations across a distribution lead (SMB) and 1-Tier (enterprise) partner network globally.
Prior to Cisco, Mr. Mathradas spent 12 years with Dell in Austin, Texas in several go-to-market leadership roles across the direct sales channel. During his time with the company, Dell grew from $6 billion to more than $60 billion in revenue. Prior to leaving the organization in 2008 as Executive Director, Mr. Mathradas led P&Ls focused on sales, marketing and operations across SMB, Public Sector and Enterprise divisions.
In addition to his experience at Cisco and Dell, Mr. Mathradas also worked with HERE Technologies leading Asia Pacific operations and product management and managed two startups.
