He specializes in revenue enhancement and margin growth through increasing salesforce effectiveness, optimizing pricing and improving commercial operations. Mr. Mathradas has worked in the retail, consumer, and TMT sectors.
Prior to Alvarez & Marsal, Mr. Mathradas was a GM with Cisco, where he was responsible for their Certified Pre-Owned Equipment (POE) business first across Asia, and then globally. Cisco is channel or partner lead, and Mr. Mathradas was responsible to manage POE revenues and operations across a distribution lead (SMB) and 1-Tier (enterprise) partner network.
Prior to Cisco, Mr. Mathradas spent 12 years with Dell in Austin, Texas in a number of leadership roles across the direct sales channel. During his 12-year run with them, Dell grew from $6 billion to $60+ billion in revenues. Mr. Mathradas traveled across Consumer, SMB (Small & Medium Business), Public Sector and Enterprise divisions leading several P&Ls focused on sales, marketing and operations. He exited Dell as Managing Director in 2008 to join Cisco.
Mr. Mathradas has also done stints with HERE Technologies, and managed two startups. In his person time, Mr. Mathradas enjoys traveling, reading and is very passionate about real-estate.
