Anurang Revri is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement in San Francisco. He has a track record of delivering customer facing business solutions in information technology, product and professional services organizations.

Mr. Revri brings more than 25 years of experience in customer-focused transformation for businesses throughout the technology, architecture, infrastructure, delivery, operations and management industries. He has been a trusted technology advisor and partner to the senior business leaders in several Fortune 500 companies.

His  core competency areas include IT strategy; organization design and restructure; enterprise architecture; large complex program delivery; sourcing strategy (including outsourcing management); IT applications management; as well as assessing, building, and reorganizing technology organizations to create better business engagement and outcomes.

Mr. Revri has significant experience in implementing strategies including designing customer-facing and customer service experiences for Charles Schwab and Blue Shield of CA. He has direct experience in the evaluation and implementation of Seibel and Salesforce CRMs, and has conducted contact center assessments for healthcare payer and provider organizations.

Notably, Mr. Revi has lead large IT applications organizations and delivered strategy and implementation for applications development, applications rationalization and retirement. He has a deep understanding of transforming large applications portfolios.

Some of Mr. Revri’s significant assignments include transforming a leading California healthcare payer by successfully implementing the Affordable Care Act, setting up for the insurance exchange and re-engineering core benefits administration processes.  For this project, , he led the development of  new IT competencies for the organization such as e-commerce, enterprise architecture, and supplier management. He also led the strategy and implementation of the customer service center and operations technologies including telephony, IVR and customer service desktop. Mr. Revri was a key contributor in redesigning the organization structure for optimal business delivery.

Prior to A&M, Mr. Revri was the Vice President of IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture at Blue Shield of California. He was responsible for aligning the IT strategy to the organization’s business objectives. He led the creation of the five- year technology strategic plan and implemented the cost optimization and other mission critical initiatives. He also held the positions of VP of IT Applications and VP of eCommerce at Blue Shield of California.

Mr. Revri previously worked at Schwab with responsibility for delivering web brokerage systems to international markets in the UK, Japan and Hong Kong.  He also led the architecture effort to modernize the customer service experience for Schwab’s branches and service centers.

Mr. Revri earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering as well as a Masters in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology where he specialized in artificial intelligence and natural language processing.
