Most recently at A&M, Mr. Bhattacharya has been involved in several commercial diligence projects where he led engagements with funds in sectors spanning food and beverages to e-commerce. He has also been advisor to large multinationals such as DuPont and Fonterra in strategy related work.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Bhattacharya spent three years with Transaction Services, KPMG India where he most recently served as Director. In this role, Mr. Bhattacharya led more than 40 commercial due diligences for mid- and large-sized funds. He was also the Food & Agribusiness sector lead for KPMG in India and has been an active participant in industry forums such as Confederation of Indian Industries, FICCI, Indo-Canadian business forum and Bombay Chambers of Commerce. He has advised various international companies in their India market entry and also brings prior work experience with firms such as Mondelez and the Tata Group.
Mr. Angshuman Bhattacharya earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from NIT India and an MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management, India. An Indian national, Mr. Angshuman Bhattacharya is fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali.
