He has served Private Equity and Global 1000 companies in the U.S., U.K., Dubai and Singapore across a variety of industries including energy, engineering and construction, healthcare, manufacturing, oil and gas, restaurant and hospitality, software and waste management.
His primary area of concentration is corporate performance improvement to include restructuring corporate functions, advising on merger integration and carve-out transactions, assessing operations to improve EBITDA and working capital performance, and advising on technical accounting and compliance issues.
In addition, Mr. Treutle has served in interim management roles as interim CFO or Controller on numerous occasions.
Most recently he served as the interim CFO for a large professional services company that had lost 40 percent of its clients and had terminated the executive management team. As interim CFO, he restructured the finance organization, remediated troubled client engagements, stabilized the accounting and financial reporting functions and hired the replacement CFO.
Before joining A&M, he was a member of the world-class finance practices at BearingPoint and Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Treutle earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Texas A&M University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Texas and a member of the AICPA and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
He is on the Board of the Spring Branch Family Development Center and a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
