Andrew Hale is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Private Equity Performance Improvement in Charlotte. With more than 20 years of business experience, Mr. Hale provides leadership, stability, and accountability to organizations. He serves private equity clients globally across a spectrum of industries including manufacturing, services and distribution.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Hale was the controller of Global Medical Imaging, LLC—a private equity backed company that was the largest ISO in the medical imaging field. While at Global Medical Imaging, he led the finance work stream of the sale of the company, negotiated multiple credit facilities, restructured the finance function and implemented an ERP.

Previously, Mr. Hale was part of a three-person team leading Wastequip (a $350 million private equity owned manufacturer) through an 18-month restructuring and sale of the company, including preparation for Chapter 11. He also spent 12 years in public accounting with Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Hale earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Appalachian State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina.
