Allison Puca is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Puca leads the Relationship Management program focused on global financial services clients. Benefitting from nearly 15 years of experience in the client service industry and international assignments, her primary concentration is the management of the key account program with a focus on identifying and strengthening relationships, developing the go-to-market strategy for accounts, monitoring progress and growing revenues across routes to market for business lines.

In her nine years at A&M, Ms. Puca has lived in the U.S. and Europe working with business units across globe and industry building relationship management (RM) and key account programs. She has worked with private equity firms, public and private corporations, hedge funds, law firms and banks. The A&M RM team works internally throughout geographies and service lines to collate relationship history and share best practices as they relate to thought leadership, client events, market insights and other items valuable to our professionals to further extend this knowledge to clients.

In her time at A&M, Ms. Puca has served as leader and project manager for 50+ projects around the globe and has significant experience serving in roles akin to that of "chief of staff" and "head of operations." Her consulting background and skillset in operational and performance improvement combined with her regulatory and compliance knowledge has enabled her to work cross-functionally to serve clients consulting on their business needs.

Prior to A&M, Ms. Puca worked in transaction services at PricewaterhouseCoopers in McLean, VA and New York, NY. In this role, she specialized in financial due diligence for buy-side, sell-side and post-transaction matters.

Prior to that, she worked in the Audit Advisory group at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she focused on audits for public and private financial institutions involved in banking, sales and trading, mortgage, investment banking and private equity.

Ms. Puca earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and marketing from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. She is an associate member in the Council for Women of Boston College and is actively involved with charities benefitting under-privileged youth and those on the Autism spectrum. Ms. Puca is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and current with the Money Transmitter Compliance Certification (MTCC).
