If credentials are the same, the deciding factor is trust. To earn trust, we need to build and foster a relationship with our clients, partners and friends.
Allison Puca is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal based in New York. Ms. Puca leads the Relationship Management program focused on global financial services clients. Benefitting from over a decade of experience in the client service industry and international assignments, her primary area of concentration is the management of the key account program, with a focus on identifying and strengthening relationships, developing the 'go to market' strategy for accounts, and monitoring progress and growing business across Routes to Market for service offerings and business lines.

Prior to returning to New York, Ms. Puca lived in Germany working with firm key accounts including global private equity (PE) firms, hedge funds, corporations, law firms, banks and insolvency practitioners with operations and / or focus in Germany and Eastern Europe. The relationship management team works throughout the broader geographies and A&M service lines to collate relationship history and to share and obtain 'best practices' as they relate to thought leadership, client events, market insights and other items valuable to our professionals in the deepening of client relationships.

Ms. Puca previously lived and worked in both London and New York as a Director with A&M's Private Equity Services Relationship Management, where she focused on key account programs to develop and strengthen relationships with PE clients.

Before joining A&M, she worked in transaction services at PricewaterhouseCoopers in its McLean, VA and New York offices. She specialized in financial and accounting analysis for buy-side, sell-side and post transaction matters for PE clients and strategic clients in healthcare and government contracting.

Ms. Puca earned a bachelor’s degree from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. She is an associate member in the Council for Women of Boston College and serves as a mentor to undergraduate women of the university. She is actively involved with charities benefitting under-privileged youth and those on the Autism spectrum.
