Mr. Jenkins brings a variety of experience in coordinating and managing the delivery of U.K. tax and international services to large multinational groups providing ongoing advice and support during both steady state activities as well as commercial change and reorganization.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Jenkins spent 10 years with EY where he worked with a range of clients in the FTSE 350 and large privately held international businesses, helping them with corporate tax advice, technical and business change. This included helping these companies manage tax risk, including navigating BEPS changes and HMRC disputes, and forward-looking agreements with tax authorities on domestic and cross-border issues.
Additionally, Mr. Jenkins has supported clients with the tax impacts of various commercial changes such as loans and refinancing along with group reorganizations and worked closely with clients on legislation change impacts.
Mr. Jenkins has worked with clients across a range of industries including, software and technology, pharmaceutical, leasing, food and cosmetics, infrastructure and media over the last decade.
Prior to joining EY, Mr. Jenkins completed his ACA training with Deloitte, working on similar clients.
Alex obtained a Modern History BA (Oxon) degree at The Queen’s College, Oxford University. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
