Most recently Mr. Bradley advised an international provider of renal care services on operational efficiency and procurement transformation across its European businesses. He also worked with a major private acute hospital business on a root and branch cost reduction program across head office, back-office and hospital operations. His experience also includes working with a global Tier 1 automotive parts supplier to identify and deliver savings in SG&A, product development and indirect sourcing.
Mr. Bradley has undertaken a number of interim management roles to help sponsors and management address under-performance and manage complex change programs. These include serving as: Chief Transformation Officer for Arqiva, a telecommunications and broadcast infrastructure business; as Transformation Director for Airwave, a mobile telecommunications network operator and as Interim Chief Executive Officer of TDF Entertainment, a Scandinavian pay-television operator.
Mr. Bradley also has extensive due diligence and carve-out experience which includes enterprise software, financial services technology, business services and outsourcing, payments processing, professional education, acute hospitals, pharmaceutical services and brewing,
Before A&M, Mr. Bradley was a lawyer in the corporate and finance practices of the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Previously he held senior positions in the strategy consulting practices of Accenture and Arthur D Little. He started his career with the pharmaceutical company Merck.
Mr. Bradley earned a master's degree in economics from the University of York, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, a postgraduate diploma in marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a certificate in corporate finance from the Securities & Investment Institute. He is a qualified solicitor in England, an FCA approved person and a member of the Institute for Turnaround.
