With over a decade of professional experience, Mr. Rickert has worked with a diverse range of private equity clients, including leading global investment firms and middle-market funds, as well as corporate clients. He has been involved in a wide range of transactions, including carve-outs, public-to-private deals, platform acquisitions, and add-ons. His industry expertise spans medical device manufacturing, pharmaceutical and medical distribution, specialty veterinary services, retail pharmacy, and physician services. Mr. Rickert is skilled at addressing complex financial and operational challenges to uncover value and mitigate risks for his clients.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Rickert spent nearly a decade at PwC in the Deals Advisory group, where he advised private equity clients on a variety of complex transactions, helping them navigate financial and operational intricacies to achieve successful outcomes.

Mr. Rickert earned a bachelor’s degree in business and a master’s degree in accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Illinois.
