With the changing dynamics in the global energy environment and higher than acceptable inventory ($165M), the client was seeking ways to further develop its supply chain organization structure and capabilities to improve its end-to-end supply chain performance and working capital position. Based on their current state and issues, A&M developed a future state vision and roadmap for the client’s supply chain. 

We designed an inventory model with target inventory levels and processes and developed a work plan to achieve and sustain results. With the implementation of suggested changes, the client reduced inventory by over $60M over the course of nine months.
