One of the US’s largest full-service providers of institutional securities, global wealth management and asset management services engaged A&M to analyze the current state of its supplier management practices and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

A&M delivered a gap analysis of the client’s policies, processes, procedures, and supplier governance practices across the global technology group and developed a roadmap and execution strategy for compliance with all relevant regulations. The roadmap enabled the implementation of a lean, flexible 3PRM program including risk ranking and monitoring activities, controls, and supplier complexities.

To ensure success of the new program rollout, A&M created and facilitated internal workshops to communicate program details, and released a global technology supplier management policy and playbook.
