A leading luxury resorts company engaged A&M to provide category management, procurement strategy, and support to Sourcing leadership.
A&M conducted analysis and benchmarking across key operational categories and based on findings executed an RFP process that led to a reduction of SKU’s and cost reductions of between 16%-33% in reviewed categories. Other deliverables included sourcing strategies to accelerate savings for categories where there was an operational risk to change, compliance and supplier relationship management recommendations, new analytical methodologies for sourcing data, and a short, medium, and long term strategy for fuel sourcing. 
Overall savings results represented an 8:1 return on investment against A&M fees.
