Our Approach

  • Proactively oversee leasing, construction, operations, purchasing, discounted settlements, vendor rebidding and insurance programs
  • Perform real estate tax analyses, and address liens and other delinquencies
  • Prepare monthly reports, cash flow projections, and meaningful status updates
