Ysabel Gaspar

With more than 15 years of experience in operating, financial and transaction advisory services, Ms. Gaspar helps clients design and implement practical solutions to complex problems, identify opportunities for growth, and implement value creation plans.
Ms. Gaspar has worked for private equity clients, including Warburg Pincus, Cinven, Towerbrook, CVC, Sanne and Vitruvian on their investments in the financial services sector. Notable assignments include Apex’s acquisition of Sanne, Cinven’s acquisition of True Potential, and CVC’s acquisition of TMF.
Ms. Gaspar has advised numerous clients on identifying opportunities for improvement and developing and implementing value creation plans through both revenue enhancement and cost efficiency. She worked on value creation planning for a Dutch Insurance Broker, target operating model redesign for a U.K. commercial finance business, and strategic planning for a global Capital Markets business.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Gaspar spent two years as a Corporate Finance Analyst with J.P. Morgan Investment Banking in New York and Singapore.
Ms. Gaspar earned a bachelor’s degree (with honours) in development studies from Brown University. A Spanish and Filipino national, she is fluent in English and Spanish and has a working knowledge of Portuguese.
