Mr. Parayre brings more than 25 years of experience in the debt capital markets, with a significant focus on European LBO financings.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Parayre was Senior Managing Director at GSO and advised the Board of International SOS on financing related matters. Previously, he founded Capital Markets Initiative (CMI), a capital market advisory boutique specialised in the European LBO market. CMI completed 65 financing mandates and was involved in 200+ financing situations, including unitranches, super senior debt, large TLBs, HY bonds, subordinated debts (mezzanine and piks), covenant resets and bank education processes. CMI’s recurring client base included 12 private equity sponsors.

Prior to that, Mr. Parayre worked at Credit Suisse, JPM and UBS in the European Leveraged Finance Distribution and Capital Markets teams. At Credit Suisse, he was responsible for all privately placed subordinated instruments in Europe and Co-Head of European Leveraged Finance Capital Markets.

Mr. Parayre earned bachelor’s degrees in finance and tax from the University of Paris Dauphine and from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris. A French national, he is fluent in English and French.
