Dina Goldstein

Ms. Goldstein oversees a team managing the design, development, organization, delivery, and evaluation of specialized learning programs across the firm, delivering technical training, industry-specific courses, and methodology-focused instruction. With more than 25 years of experience in financial and professional services, she has a wealth of experience helping employees grow, develop, and feel engaged with their work and the company culture.
Previously, Ms. Goldstein served as the Senior Director of Talent and Culture for the North American Commercial Restructuring practice at A&M, focusing on people operations, talent management, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, performance management, community engagement, and employee engagement and retention. Prior to that, she built and managed the Learning and Development team within A&M’s global corporate organization, partnering across business lines to ensure growth and development for A&M employees.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Goldstein spent three years with JPMorgan Chase in a variety of project management and learning and development functions. Prior to that, she spent two years with Citigroup with the credit card risk management team, and two years with Imagine Software as a Business Support Analyst.
Ms. Goldstein earned a bachelor’s degree in statistics from Rutgers University and an MBA (with concentrations in management, marketing, and entrepreneurship and innovation) from New York University Stern School of Business.
