Juan Carlos Ferrucho

Mr. Ferrucho assists clients in the planning and implementation of multi-jurisdictional, tax efficient structures, specifically on international transfer pricing issues, including compliance with U.S. and foreign transfer pricing regulations in connection with new or existing business operations and transactions. He also helps prepare and manage their tax returns and other related obligations in the U.S. and across borders. Mr. Ferrucho counsels on tax controversy matters including representing clients involved in IRS or foreign tax audits, as well as assisting in tax audit planning and management.
In addition, Mr. Ferrucho advises high net-worth, multi-national individuals and families on the international tax issues impacting both their business operations, personal wealth and succession planning. In particular, he provides tax planning advice on pre-immigration, expatriation, structuring cross-border investments, and using domestic and foreign trusts.
Mr. Ferrucho earned a bachelor's degree in business administration (concentration in accounting), from Florida Atlantic University, a master of laws degree (LL.M.) in taxation from the University of Florida College of Law, and a J.D. (cum laude) from Indiana University in Bloomington, where he served as Associate Editor for the Indiana Law Journal. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the District of Columbia Bar. Mr. Ferrucho is fluent in Spanish.
