For under-performing or over-leveraged organisations, future success depends on decisive, proactive leadership to enhance enterprise value. When such under-performance is more pronounced and leads to financial distress, survival demands a clear path to results, and the leadership to ensure the path is taken. Assisting (or, where necessary, providing) such leadership is at the heart of A&M's service offering in turnaround, restructuring and performance improvement.
On each of our assignments, the composition of the team deployed in terms of skills, experience and industry knowledge is drawn from our world-class talent base and specifically tailored to the needs of the client. As the demands for our services increase, our team also needs to grow; we are now hiring experienced professionals at all levels (minimum 4 years experience) in London, Paris, Milan, Munich, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Moscow and Dubai. Successful candidates will bring:
- Significant expertise in one or more key focus areas:
- Organisational Design and Transformation
- Financial or Operational Restructuring
- Revenue Enhancement
- Supply Chain Management and Procurement
- IT and Information Systems
- Working Capital Management
- Experience working on significant turnaround and/or performance improvement assignments at Board/Shareholder level.
- Flexibility across industry sectors and a wide range of client situations.
- Proven track record in sales (for more senior roles) and delivery (at all levels).
- Experience as an advisor or line manager with P&L responsibility for a business undergoing significant change, with a hunger to maximise value.
- Strong analytical background and a hands-on approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Fluency in additional European languages (or Arabic for our Dubai office) is an advantage, but not necessarily a pre-requisite.
