We are seeking excellent team players - at all levels, from Associate (Newly Qualified) to Managing Director (Experienced Partner) - to grow our experienced team of forensic services professionals in our offices in London and mainland Europe.
Our team works as an integrated part of A&M across the whole of Europe. Whilst the balance of the required skills and characteristics will vary according to seniority and experience, successful candidates will be:
- Articulate, incisive and intellectually agile;
- Capable of lateral-thinking and able to approach investigation and resolution of problems from a number of angles;
- Able to analyse and synthesise information from several sources and draw coherent, well-evidenced conclusions;
- Possess insight into other people, able to read social and personal cues;
- Comfortable using the real-life operational and technical expertise of other professionals, working closely with them to solve clients' problems;
- Self-motivated and driven, having a passion for problem solving and analysis of complex issues;
- Comfortable with challenge and novelty, able to apply their mind and expertise to diverse, and often unique, situations; and
- Highly numerate and good communicators, able to record their conclusions and thought processes in clear, precise and in tightly written reports, and able to explain reasoning and conclusions, if challenged.
Ideal candidates have obtained expertise as an Investigator, in the course of litigation or arbitration proceedings requiring an Expert Witness or in Transaction Disputes; equivalent expertise gained in the course of commercial dispute resolution is similarly valuable.
As you will have the opportunity to work with clients across Europe, an interest in other European countries and cultures is key, as is the ability to travel. (The ability to speak and write in languages other than English is desirable, but not required).
