Our Exit Support Services include:

  • Accounting advisory to address complex issues
  • Provide hands-on support in the production of standalone / carve-out financial information
  • Focus on managing to the Transition Services Agreement (TSA)
  • IPO Readiness assessment, staff education, and preparation and support
  • Assess the quality of historical earnings, projections, net assets and operations, and provide input to the confidential information memorandum towards optimizing the positioning of the business
  • Identify potential quantitative and qualitative synergies
  • Assist in preparing data room schedules and support in managing buyer diligence requests
  • Prepare commercial diligence report for market and competitive industry analyses
  • Design and implementation of 100 day plans and other post-exit plans
