A&M PaceĀ® is an integrated planning application that extends Oracle-Hyperion's enterprise planning solution to include Merchandise, Open To Buy, Category, Operations, and DC Capacity & Productivity planning to help build out the fully integrated business planning solution.
Store Operations Planning supports existing, new store / pro-forma, closing store and channel planning, for sales and expenses, with the ability to drive P&L plans to the store level with a varying degree of expense line item granularity as needed. Robust allocation functionality allows for preservation of locked exceptions (such as new programs, relocations, unique store events) and smoothing over historical or projected performance.
Labor Planning supports the build up of hourly and weekly labor activity costs, and ties the expense to the projected sales performance in order to optimize the cost / demand performance. Integrated with Store Operations Planning, an overarching plan of store/channel performance can be efficiently managed.
Merchandise Planning supports planning and reconciliation of the unit driven bottom up buy planning with the top-down revenue and margin driven financial plans. Assortment, Key item, and Location / Channel planning are all supported. Integration with store operations, finance and labor planning, ensures there is a coordinated business approach to merchandising.
Category Planning supports continuous collaborative sales and profit management focused on an accurate assortment for the customer, and realizing optimal return for the retailer and vendor.

A range of services and solutions analyze and report on the opportunities and issues with the current assortment, and makes recommendations on assortment strategy and mix that can help fix broken assortments, and optimize return on the inventory and space investment.
