Claims Management Pre- and Post-Bankruptcy Services:

  • Pre-filing activities, including generation of the “Top Creditor List,” master mailing matrix, data extraction necessary for the development of a critical trade analysis and various exhibits for first day pleadings
  • Prepare Schedules and Statements of Financial Affairs
  • Organize executory contracts for assumption/rejection analysis
  • Assist with analysis and computation of reclamation claims
  • Coordinate customized Proof of Claim forms
  • Estimate and model claims for solicitation process for the Plan of Reorganization
