Opportunities: Analysts and Associates
At Alvarez & Marsal, you will work on turnaround, restructuring and performance improvement projects that require creativity, resourcefulness and independent judgment. In any given assignment, you will research and develop solutions to problems, and provide specialized guidance and leadership to clients and other A&M team members. You will manage projects and ensure adherence to budgets and schedules.
You will also implement policies, procedures, controls and services to support the sound financial, operational and competitive position of the company, while supervising other team members.
If you are a team player with excellent analytical, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills, we want to hear from you. Requirements for consideration include:
- Analysts: Bachelor’s degree, plus three (3) years of related experience
- Associates: Bachelor’s degree, plus five (5) years of related experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Background in finance or accounting
