A&M TAMS has licensed IBM's Tivoli Asset Management for IT (AMIT) software and integrated it within Alvarez & Marsal's automated framework to assist clients in making lifecycle decisions for IT assets. The enhanced software is a powerful business process solution suite that automates the management of IT assets. Our solution, which leverages the most advanced asset management tool in the marketplace, enables us to offer a highly-focused alternative to traditional IT "outsourcing" or "in-sourcing" programs available in today's marketplace.

We have responded to this need by offering:

• The option to outsource all or selected parts of the asset lifecycle based upon critical business needs.
  
• Auto-discovery capabilities to help identify assets electronically, which is a critical starting point in any asset management initiative. Auto discovery capabilities can then be combined into a seamless managed environment, which includes the full asset lifecycle.
  
• A complete and comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle management services solution, known as ITAM Software as a Service ("SaaS"), which is accessible online and requires no capital investment. (This is delivered through a partnership with IBM's managed hosting services organization).
