Alvarez & Marsal has been awarded two Federal Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with the Federal Government to provide enhanced use leasing (EUL) advisory services to: the Air Force Privatization Real Estate Support Services (PRESS) Contract, and the General Services Administration's Federal Supply Service's Management, Organization and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) Contract.


Air Force Privatization Real Estate Support Services (PRESS), Contract Number FA8903-05-D-8756

As one of only four firms awarded a five-year Air Force PRESS contract, A&M is able to provide the US Air Force with the full range of enhanced use leasing advisory services, including leasing of lodging facilities. These services encompass:

  • Portfolio analyses
  • Feasibility assessments
  • Economic analyses
  • Financial analyses
  • Budget scoring
  • Business plans
  • Industry forums
  • Work shops
  • Draft notices of intent to lease ("NOLs")
  • Training
  • Proposal evaluations and support briefings

Through a recently awarded multi-year MOBIS contract administered by GSA, any Federal agency can procure a variety of advisory services from A&M, including services similar in scope and complexity to those required for EUL support, using the following SIN codes: 874-1, 874-2 and 874-7.
